The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday, 11th March at The Turnpike, Yarnton, Oxfordshire. The position of Secretary remains vacant and as Simon Walker will be standing down as Treasurer at the next AGM that position will also become vacant. The future of the Association depends upon the support from its member clubs. As reported in the minutes of the 2019 AGM the Association is looking for a volunteer or volunteers to take on the role of BBO Secretary covered by Max Cowlin who stood down at the AGM after a considerable number of years' service. A notice in relation to the vacancy of the position is provided here, that includes a summary of the tasks Max has has undertaken and kindly provided. Read more
