AGM Minutes
The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday, 11th March at The Turnpike, Yarnton, Oxfordshire. The position of Secretary remains vacant and as Simon Walker will be standing down as Treasurer at the next AGM that position will also become vacant. The future of the Association depends upon the support from its member clubs. As reported in the minutes of the 2019 AGM the Association is looking for a volunteer or volunteers to take on the role of BBO Secretary covered by Max Cowlin who stood down at the AGM after a considerable number of years' service. Minutes AGM
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday, 28th October in the Reading AC Clubroom at Palmer Park, Reading. Some important decisions were reached in relation to senior race distances and the scheduling of future AGMs that all clubs should take note of. It should also be noted that the position of Secretary is vacant following Max Cowlin's decision to stand down from the post after many years of service for which the Association is eternally grateful.
